The Georgian Wine Society has once again teamed up with the Mayhew Animal Home to raise money over the Christmas period for its animal welfare projects in Georgia.
This special mixed case of 6 bottles gives an introduction to the classic grapes, regions, and styles of Georgian wine, and 10% of the sale price will be donated to the Mayhew Animal Home to help fund their work in the country.
The case consists of:
1 x Rkatsiteli (Georgia’s most widely planted white grape)
1 x Tsinandali (Georgia’s most famous controlled appellation for white wines)
1 x Napareuli (Renowned Georgian “DOC” from the Kakheti region of Georgia)
1 x Quevris Saperavi (Georgia’s national red grape, produced in 7000 year old quevri method)
1 x Mukuzani (Georgia’s most famous controlled appellation for red wines)
1 x Pirosmani (one of Georgia’s renowned semi sweet wines)
